So a 20mm Anti-Material Rifle...sounds like a battlefield pickup to me.

EA will give it a 15 M/S velocity with a 1 meter per 25 meter drop so that it is not OP. Also it will only do 27% damage to a soldier at point blank range and damage fall off will be dramatic.
