Battlefield Division WW2 Battlefield

I've been poking around the community and various other communities recently. I asked what era do they want the next Battlefield to be. A good 65-70% desire a World War 2 themed game. I agree with them.

If DICE does make a World War 2 Battlefield, what would you like to see?


What do you want the UI to be like?
Do you want variety or minimalist?
Do you want the BF1942 style of combat? Land, air, and sea?
What weapons would you like to see?
What vehicles would you like to see?
What maps would you like to see?

Personally I want to fight Tiger Is in a Sherman again (not World of Tanks, I want to have to deal with infantry for once). Considering how far DICE has advanced since releasing Battlefield 1942 over 13 years ago, this would certainly be easy for them and a good throw back to their roots

Well for starters, anything less than air, land and sea battles would just be cod'ish. All three types of warfare were vital in the outcome of WWII.

Weapons wise, its pretty much a straight by the text books type deal. Basically all the weapons listed on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_common_World_War_II_infantry_weapons should be considered.

Maps wise, they HAVE to put in Pearl Harbor, time for some revenge and they really need to put in Normandy for a realistic version of events. As well, mid as well toss in hitlers bunker, that could be fun to.
