I want someone to relate this to driving a car.
Lets see. You are driving down the road with a bunch of black and white cars infront of you. A bunch of white cars are changing lanes all the time in front of you... flashing their lights, and you have to keep track of how many times they flash their lights, except, the black cars are also changing lanes all the time and flashing their lights.
THEN, you have a 'bike' which looks almost identical to a black car, gets on the road, crosses the lanes of traffic and then takes the left exit....
OH YEAH, now I can totally see how this relate to real life. For the record, college and my thesis was for perceptual psychology, so seeing these things annoy the crap out of me.
Its like saying "hey look over here!" and once someone looks, you 'show' something the other direction and expect them to paying attention to that also.
