if you got the gun in a restricted area (vents) and it had your name on it then the cts can kill you
^ yea technically warden can do watever he wants even the fact you had a gun is a reason to kill you I was killed befor because the warden told us to shift walk to a location and at the time I didn't even have shift wall because I reset my controls because crouching was uncomfortable for my fingers and I was killed for crouch walking instead of shift walking
No, to my knowledge, the warden has to ask you to drop the gun. If not then it is a freekill. What if I had the gun, and then I gave it another T buddy and then he shot the CT's. The T could have gave me the gun again, making me seem as the one who shot them.

Having your name on the weapon does not necessarily mean you went into an autowant to retrieve it. It depends on the map. Not like it matters, as a CT who is alive will never be able to see who a weapon was first picked up by without requesting it to be dropped first.
If you are shooting the weapon, or are running around with it unholstered pointing it at cts, you're going to get killed. If you have a weapon holstered, a CT should never kill you for that alone without first asking you to drop the weapon, shooting you if you refuse to comply in a timely manner.
