Battlefield 4 Punkbuster Errors

Hello Everyone,

We are aware of recent punkbuster updates that are banning players and members. We are working with punkbuster and pbbans about resolving the issues at this time. Those who get the "Kicked by admin - Punkbuster Flood" message are not physically added to any ban list. Try again to go into our servers. Also try updating punkbuster files manually before going into the server. Servers may go down or get restarted during updates and while fixing issues. Updates we will post here as soon as there are any. If your having issues please post here or pm BF leadership.

So far this is a punkbuster update. Please go to evenbalance.com and manually update BF4 Files or use the auto update tool http://evenbalance.com/pbsetup.php . After updating restart your computer and they try joining again

I am not sure, but i think i was experiencing the same issue in bf3 back in the days, try to follow these solutions:

Try today and let us know if your still getting the error. Many have been resolved with punkbuster updates however some are still having issues. We are working with pbbans to determine if its a client end update or if it is a server update needed due to new patch or update by punkbuster services

Punkbuster issued an update on the server and your client didn't automatically update. As a result, you got banned (I know its stupid). To fix this do the following:

1) press your windows key + "E"
2) Copy your this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\punkbuster\redist"
3) launch pbsvc.exe

Note this only works if installed in C drive

I've tried every step here and some others 3-4 times, and nothing works. I'm still banned from ego servers.

i have reinstalled pb and updated it and i still get this : Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: You were permanently banned from this server: PBBANS - Flood.
due the actual geographical location i do not have acces ( decent ping) to more than 2 servers and your is one of them.i play on it almost everyday.
can you ,please,help me somehow?...my ingame name is Azazello01.

I've done the evenbalance thing and tried going in the redist folder and running the .exe with a restart of the pc and still get the same error.

I'm in the same boat. I've reinstalled, updated, and rebooted... Everything is installed on the C drive as well, and still getting the PBBANS - Flood message. Any help would be appreciated!

In talking with the pbbans staff our server is connecting to their api ban lookup and was being overwhelmed with lookups. This is in part to a new site switch over and way that the lookups occur. We are determining the program or programs that are causing the issues. Some have been able to get back in already. If still not able to get in after this message please post here

Hello everyone! If you are unaware everyone with flood bans should be good to go and should be able to join the servers. An issue with player lookup handling caused the flood issue to pbbans servers which blocked various ips and guids at the time. All servers have been pb updated and restarted. If anyone has issues with joining the server and are receiving a message "Admin has banned you Punkbuster Flood" then please let us know.
