This may not be the appropriate spot for this but...yeah i have this pic that needs MAJOR work in my opinion...the church that i go to has had this pic for their youth logo forever and it bugs me the way that it is made...i told the youth director that i was going to work on it but i cant think of anything that i can do to make it look good...(but of course i only have paint) i thought i had photoshop CS3 but i forgot i deleted it when i took on the liberty of redoing the pic...ty for anyone willing to work on it...and if you dont want to work on it i will eventually get it done...ty guys...here is the link: http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn180/sharp67/YouthALive.jpg

What is the purpose of the image? Website? Stickers? Pins? Shirts?
Beyond how it looks, if you plan to use this image for anything that requires the image to be stretched (shirts for example), then you're going to want to redo the whole thing in a vector based program. Raster graphics do not scale well.

well the image is already on all of those things(besides the stickers and the pins) in fact it is even on a poster that is about over 3 yards long...lol i don't have the right program to do it with either all i have is microsoft paint...so yeah i really need help w/ this...ty agian

What do you mean by major work? A complete redesign or just an update? Same general look, just fresher looking? Would you like suggestions on what to do with it from a graphics point of view?
well by major work i mean one of two things...either just the background (getting rid of the flames also...or complete and total makeover....suggestions....well i have no program to edit this pic with other than paint....so i was kinda wondering if someone would get me started or completley redo it for me...i dont care either way it would make it better
