Team Stacking

I feel we should be a bit more mindful on stacking teams, especially when trying to get Dustbowl up. On multiple occasions I've seen large amounts of players leave because they're getting steamrolled over and over. Just a heads up.

Dustbowl in general is a hard map to balance. If one team gets the lead it will typically stay that way until the teams scramble. That's why I tend to try to fill up dustbowl. And then leave for another server. It gets very crowded in the close corridors and the engines rule the server. So I prefer to head to turbine once it's filled.

I think Zam and Melon are team stacking too much, and then the auto scrambler puts them on the same team.

I agree that people shouldnt clanstack, but honestly if I ever feel the teams are a little too stacks I'll do !sausage, and the teams scramble pretty often anywas. But people will play how they want to play.

In addition to stacking, quick capping or back capping the final point is not really helpful in keeping people on the server either.

I myself don't even see the teams before I join. I always pick random, and I think Noble does this as well. If I notice the teams to be one sided towards my side, I back off and play scout and just run around. If people shoot at me, I'll shoot back. Otherwise I just run. If my team isn't doing well at all. I choose a class that isn't taken and I take my time and do one kill at a time. Eventually, especially if you are attacking on Dustbowl, they will weaken. With spawn times high for the defense team you can really come back on them. When red has 12 players and 4 engies, it seems impossible, sure. All you need though is a good sniper and a charged kritzkrieg with a stickybomb demo who is competent and you can decimate the enemy team.

This has been and will always be an issue and depending on your POV you are part of the problem or you don't see it. I used to be very salty about Sanctified pub (and member) stomping on Egypt, but on the few occasions I was his medic, it was a blast! It does suck when we are trying to fill and a pubstomper joins and empties the server your have been trying to fill for an hour.

what to do about it? what can you do? Players that want to just try-hard all the time and kill as much as they can, often without regards to the actual goals the game or their team winning, will always be there. I have found when you out them, they don't care. They don't really care about eGO or their team or much else, but showing everyone else that they are better players.
