Very nice. I particularly like the mouseover on the silhouette figure.
However, mind a bit of constructive criticism?
The mouseover registers as a link to the browser, but doesn't actually go anywhere. Either render the mouseover as a different type or better yet, associate an URL with it. Perhaps make it point to the front page? Although, if you do that, the site needs to display that banner as a flash object throughout the site instead of as JPG on the other pages. You wouldn't want to make the user watch the animation on every page navigation though. So perhaps a seamless frame?
