They did something like this before, people just did not update the bio and kept the ability to overclock...
Yea, I saw that. But with these new CPUs there should be hardly a need to overclock the CPU. I don't see that as a limiting factor. I have a K CPU and really don't overclock, just a hassle to cool down more, more fan noise, and find the right settings. You're doing 4 GHz on 8 threads, on 22 nm architecture. That's really fast. I remember when we had 400 MHz CPUs and 800 MHz was badass.
Just make sure you're on SSDs and if you want to notice real speeds incorporate an M2 drive in your mobo.
