Google.com goes to the wrong Google page
If we’re sending you to the wrong Google site, there are a few ways to get to a different Google page.
Why you might see a different Google site
Google Search is customized for many countries and regions around the world. For example, if you do a Google search in France, you’ll get search results on Google.fr instead of google.com.
Change the Google site you’re sent to
If you're ending up at the wrong Google site, we might be detecting your IP address incorrectly. For example, this could be happening to you if you’re in Australia (
www.google.com.au) but you’re being sent to the Google domain for the United Kingdom (
www.google.co.uk).
Please report the problem so that we can update your IP address. We can usually fix the problem pretty quickly, but it could take more than a month.
My Google location is wrong
If your search location is in the wrong city or region but the Google site is correct, change your location on Google.
Visit google.com instead of your local Google site
If you want to use google.com instead of your local Google site, you have two options:
•If you've been redirected by google.com to another Google site (like Google.fr), click the google.com link in the bottom right corner of the page.
•Bookmark
http://www.google.com/ncr. Anytime you visit this page, you’ll be taken to google.com. Note: If you delete your cache or cookies, you'll need to bookmark the link again.
