MAUL verification question

hi,
when I follow the instruction to MAUL-verify my BF4 guid, it gives me an error message:

Message
No user with that ID

where on the site should I enter my guid?

I was following the same instruction, but when I click on "Edit My ID" it gives me that error message! I tried it in both Chrome & IE but no success..

Yea thats weird "Invalid MAUL ID Specified" did u try to place it in the battlefield 4 game id and make sure there is no space infront after paste. If not I would suggest to try it later when TeamSpeak is back up.

where? in the same page "Edit My ID" which does not load correctly for me? or somewhere on Edit Profile page?
