Battlefield 4 Ticket differences

I've been in a few games the past days where it's been 1500 or greater tickets to 0 at the end of the round.

This is because of the auto balance feature and not allowing players to switch teams.

I've tried to join the losing team in each of these rounds only to be given a message " Too close to the end of the round, " Or other messages not allowing me to switch. Which kind of sucks, wanting to help the losing team and balance things out.

I'm encouraged by your desire for competitive game-play. I too switch teams probably 7 out of 10 games due to the lack of balance in their servers I'm playing in. The only thing I can suggest is to fully understand the dynamics of team-switching and the mechanics behind the servers auto-balance system. If you try to switch teams when the teams are full, it will obviously decline your request. One thing I have noticed about the auto-balance system is that it seems to count attempts to switch against you. I think this is in an effort to reduce possibiloties of players switching to the winning team as an attempt to boost win %. Unfortunately it also has a negative effect. With a little observation before you attempt to switch, you can avoid the server defaultly preventing you from switching. If you'll look at the teams before you switch, of the teams are even in player count it will always allow you to switch. Also, if the other team has any number of less players, it will also always allow you to switch. If you ever attempt to switch when your team has less players or when the server is full it will by default never allow you to switch and to some form counts these attempts against you and will eventually block you altogether if you have too many denied attempts at switching.
