Heh, as a software engineer, I actually found it pretty funny . With that said, Vista has been pretty trouble-free for me - not sure if the people who knock it actually use it.

I didnt really like Vista because of all the graphics that just hog up the cpu,ram....
BUT
if you have a really good comp, then its not a problem for you.
If i have time I would install windows 2000 on my comp instead of XP but not sure if all programs are still supported by win2000 need to find out about that
