hello ego you guys need to really do something about the reg in de_dust2 server it used to be amazing now its just sucks.. next thing i wanna bring up we seem to never have admin in after late hours and we seem to beenhaving alot of freaking hackers in the server and no admin is never available ..put up a plug in ban for 30 minutes on team vote cause kick wont work that way we can just ban them even if tits for 30 minutes if thats not possible let me have admin controls and i will ban them with a video and everything im always on here late night almost everyday so i will be a more super active admin ...let me know thanks thirsty -k- aka asap -k-

As an admin, I can safely say the majority of us don't play CS:S Dust2. We all moved on to CS:GO and we only kept our CS:S servers because they're popular.
Your problem appears to be with the lack of admins. This afternoon (EDT), I will try to get on the server and make sure everything is orderly. But in other cases, if an admin is not present on the server, you can do two things:
1. Open team chat (the U key by default) and type an & then your message. For example: &need an admin. lots of cussing.
2. Go on TS and find an admin. Go down to the CS rooms and join a populated room. Someone will help you.
You can also add me on Steam if you want. The link is in my forum profile.

There are 2 ways to deal with hackers when no admins are on. Either find an admin, or record him yourself, submitting a ban request when you have sufficient evidence. Best ways to contact an admin are to either jump into the cs channels in teamspeak, talk to an admin you have on your steam friends list, or to use global admin chat ( in teamchat, put &message. &Yo admins theres a hacker in dust2, please help). This will send a message to admins in all cs servers, including those on csgo.
If you can't find an admin, you're going to have to demo him yourself. A hacker is generally not going to get banned unless there is sufficient proof, and the only way to prove it is via a first person recording. You can find a thread on how to record a demo, and how to properly submit a ban request, in the ban request section of the forums.

After playing cs:go for so long, i literally can't play source anymore and just end up leaving frustrated after a few minutes. I'm not going to sit in dust2 just to admin it and not play.

The main part of this was already answered, but regarding adding a votekick/voteban plugin -
Speaking from experience with the past communities I've been a member of, those plugins are often and easily abused, or used for the wrong reason, and there isn't really a remedy or solution to counter that other then players reporting those that do abuse it, which also doesn't happen often. Don't get me wrong, not everyone abuses things like that, and I can see where it has its use (particularly on Dust2), but it's a much higher number of players that do tend to abuse/misuse it when compared to those that don't, if that makes sense.
Anyways, just my thoughts on the matter.

Oh man dust 2 was the server I discover ego. I used to be a regular in dust 2 and eventually join ego from there. But after I try out csgo, I barely play CSS nowdays.

If you are regularly on the server and you want to help fight the issues you are seeing then join! If the leadership members of CS decide that you are ready to be promoted to an admin level then you will be able to help the problem faster, HOWEVER...
Don't forget that we have a ban request section in our forums, this is how you admin without having direct admin powers. The leadership members in power see these posts on a daily basis and will notice you if you're making quality ban requests.
