As I spend more and more time on the TTT server I notice a few things.
1) Most of the players are pubs
2) No RDM system can replace competent members and admins.
Now these issues can both be fixed very easily over time if we work together.
The best plan of attack is to increase our active member pool even if just temporarily(hopefully not). This will allow many of the pubs to see all of us on the server, having a great time, showing off our shiny tags.
And you know what? They are going to want one too. And you can bet that someone who represents something is going to have more reason and desire to protect it and follow the rules.
So lets get to recruiting and setting positive examples!
