What you do here at eGO will determine how good or bad your time with us will be. Meaning whatever you do to have fun is what you will get.
If you sit back, let things happen, and only gripe to your friends about how things are done here...YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING. Be a damn voice be it with the group or against, at least your being a part, and you tried. Now this is not to say to go screaming in TS or passing pm's to everybody and their mother. We are adults here we should be able to act accordingly.
If you want more out of eGO put more into it. Greet folks when they join, post threads about Battlefield or anything else for that matter, got a tech brain? We have members that are not lend them a hand..er brain...
, Hell I became an admin trainer so I could give more to eGO as at the time I could not donate money but I had time out the wazzoo.
Make friends, the more you make the better, first hand I can tell you, there is no better feeling when your gettin your butt kicked in game and you say something in team speak about it and five to six of your fellow members pop on to the server just to "see" how bad this guy that is kickin your butt really is.
Next communicate. plain and freakin simple, one would think. If this is not done, how is eGO to know how you feel? You may find others that feel the same way, you may not,but you may find folks willing to figure out a way to make the situation better for ALL and not just a few. Use the chain of command if you think it is a sensitive matter.
As a trainer I am often thought of as a..for lack of a better term NCO I am not leadership, but yet I am not a regular eGO either, I often get picked to be the one someone comes to with an issue, it humbles me when they do. And a trainer is not the worst place to start as we are versed well in the rules and conduct of eGO.
I want every member to get the most out of eGO as they can, and I am willing to try and show them the ways to do just that.
You can ask 500 different members what eGO is to them, you will get 500 different answers and they will all be right!
