Yup it's official my computer is 100% screwed unless I want to pay over 200$ to replace my motherboard so I won't be back on until I get a new computer

best buy is a business. they will tell you what makes them money. i was buying a ps4 and listened to a Geek Squad guy sell a lady RAM because she said she needed more memory to store her music and pictures. i was like..wat?

you're better off going to a local mom and pop computer store..they often diagnose issues for free.
