Doesn't look like it to me. When it's an aimbot, you'll usually see it snap up to the head very quickly. Looks just more like an experienced player to me. Let's see what the CSS regulars have to say though.

He is definitely not cheating, there is a map called scout map, a very old one. where you could only use scouts... because there is no crosshair.. we used to train a lot to be able to do this. The guy in the video is average. You should see the guys that play a very long time... It's much faster than the rate he is shooting.at. Trust me. I was in the master leagues from Beta to1.0 to 1.6. We even used to put a small paper dot on the middle of our screen, so we could train. i know right..... I was Super nerd

nah he's clean, just Tosh said, there's those people who use the scout religiously can pull off shots like that quite often. Hes just very good at placing where the crosshair should be.

I actually used to have an old CRT monitor back in the day that I put a dot on the screen where center was. Used that to train no scope scout shots.

not always true, there is a thing called smooth aim which will not move the crosshair if you're close enough to the player but the bullet will hit the player.
