He probably doens't know that... but you can go to advanced search options and set the prefix approved applications and type in a players name and search for the first approved application of this month, everything above that is probably a recruit he made ( if the recruit has the same name as the player you search for it could pop up to )

So in this way you always have a rough estimate of how many recruits someone made, I always use this to see how many recruits i've done in a month, ofcourse only advisors and above will know the real number of recruits.
