As an e or a eG you might not think there is a lot for you to do, but I have found that there is a super duper way for you to gather members and keep the server safe from poopoo heads.
First thing first I'm the realist...uh lol...add eGO's and eG's if you're an e, if you're a eG then add other eG's and eGO's, when I was an "egg" as dezy liked to call it, it was helpful to have eGO's on my friends list in case there was a problem I couldn't handle...OR if I forgot how to admin a command. The O so fancy, you already O...the O's are here to help you grow...help you hatch out of your eGG. HUE HUE HUE.
Another thing is if you see someone on our servers a lot..add them. If they ask why you added them, I use the "I've seen you on the servers a lot, and to make your visit more enjoyable I thought if you needed anything you'd have an admin/someone who can get in contact to an admin on your speed dial." <-not exactly like that but that's the sip of tea I give out. Most of them are crateful and see it as a big help...it also makes the server look good<---. *Cough* it also helps me keep tract of regulars.
