Just sidebarring here. Having signed a few NDA's for various things in my life, three or four of them being for video game related voice and sound acting with major publishers, they can and often do contain clauses in lawyerspeak that state simply mentioning just having an NDA, related or not to the project or service at hand, could find you in contempt and your involvement void. You're a cool chum, I don't want that to happen to you.

If you know what it is, or don't know what it is, are currently contained within a CA or not, it's whatever, it's cool. I just wouldn't toss terms like that at will; just keep mum about it.
