Battlefield Division How about...a retro night?

Those that know me know I have a love for the classics. Look at my signature if you don't believe me. Anyhow, with no events on the calendar that I can see, I thought maybe an evening/night of some Battlefield 2 or Battlefield 1942 would be in order. I can easily set up a server on a spare machine. I would easily do Battlefield Vietnam, but I can't seem to find my disks.

This idea has been tossed around before, perhaps a long time ago, and with a bunch of new(er) people in the Battlefield division, we could easily make this happen. Whaddya say?

I cna plan this out about 2-3 weeks in advance, perhaps on a Sunday evening (which would work the best).

I have BC2 and BF3, but i also work nights so i usually cant make the events anyway.

BC2 is as far back as I can go on this end (and I regularly still do).

I don't have BC2 , though I have been tempted to get it. Everyone says it is a great game. I only have 1942 from the Origin on the House deal. And getting it installed and playing was a pain. It isn't installed on my new machine.

Your old profile (stored online on GameSpy's servers for BF2) is gone forever. You are not getting it back. You would just create another one with the Battlefield 2 Revive Project.

I still have all the BF series, miss the DC mod the most, but hell yes retro night would be epic imo!
