I have been playing Overwatch since the early closed beta went live on the 1st of the Month. It's an addictive game, but I can already see how its going to have a toxic community.. so be aware of that going forward. (I have also already pre-ordered the game)

lol, I was already on with some guy (pronounced Kid) who was typing in chat 'my team sucks' 'you guys suck' 'BLANK you'. I told him to relax and grow up....

Of course then it was awesome beating the team he auto switched to the next 2-3 rounds!

Seriously, I'm 46. You'd think I'd be past it....not!

Haven't seen any of that yet. I've had a couple of games where the team just didn't gel and we ended up wiping hard, and even some where we end up absolutely wrecking face, but no toxicity thus far yet.

They extend the beta for another day so enjoy it before the wipe. I probably get this game, it's pretty fun.

This. I've seen a few super toxic kids in chat and one on mic. Surprised tho the amount of people who don't use a mic, it helps loads with coordination...

Also being an open beta and only seeing one hacker who was super obvious. I wonder how they are handling hackers? I know they had a report button but how quick are they to act?

Whelp, I *WAS* going to play more tonight before the end tomorrow, but then I kind of sliced my left thumb open on a mandolin while slicing zucchini. Good thing is no stitches needed, bad thing is I've got enough padding on it right now to keep it tight (in order to stop the bleeding) that I can't feel it really well.
