Hello everyone, I would like to announce that me and enfohip want to bring back the weekend 10 mans from Source, and on weekends me and enfohip are not practicing with our teams, we'd like to host this 10 man service, which is first come first serve, which means we will NOT wait 10 minutes for someone to get done with a competitive match or ESEA pug. Me and enfo have agreed we'd like to better the overall skill of the community, and the easiest way of doing so is to watch everyone play in a competitive environment and explain to them on what they may need improvement on.
Rules -
1. Every team will be assigned a team IGL, this player will have the most experience on the team, and will call strats for the team, if you're not willing to do what the IGL calls or assigns, you will not play again.
2. No "Pug Gameplay" - the goal of these 10 mans is to have structured gameplay, so you should be attempting to play as a team, for the team, not for your own personal stats or personal glory.
3. Help eachother out, as a growing cs community we need to be friendly, and play at our best and learn from our mistakes, the best way to achieve this is to listen to the more experienced players and what they have to say, it may just help you.
4. No raging, this is probably one of the most intolerable things about competitive counter-strike, sure you'll have that one MM or ESEA player who hates on everyone for no reason, but as eGO slogan is "Professional Gaming Since 2006", we will all have fun playing together and be professional about it.
Teams - Teams will be split up according to MM rank, experience in the game and just general basic skill, so this way the teams are as even as possible, a Team Captain or IGL will chose from the list of 8 players according to these standards.
Thanks for reading, if you have questions, contact me or Enfohip on steam or on the fourms.
