NEW 05-02-2016: NVIDIA Releases The GeForce 365.10 WHQL Game Ready Drivers.

I do recommend you to use Display Driver Installer (DDU) 15.7.5.5 [04-05-2016] if you have NVIDIA GeForce 364.72 WHQL Game Ready Driver installed since it is lots of problems with that driver version.

If so, use Display Driver Installer (DDU) 15.7.5.5 in safe mode as recommended.

I updated from GeForce Experience from the latest hotfix driver 364.96 and didn't have any problems.

Yes I know that a message will be sent via GeForce Experience when a new NVIDIA GeForce Drive are available. But it's noting wrong to post in here together with some caring advice as well.
