Hey everyone, just got a few quick things to go over.
Servers have been doing really good, last week we saw a big boost, both servers got to numbers they haven't seen in a while. Please don't take those numbers for granted and be complacent with where they are. There is always room to do better.
Last week they were getting started mid-early afternoon. This week, not so much. As a result, they have dropped. I know it's finals week for some people, things to do, jobs to go to, obviously we know those things are important to you, but remember to help out whenever you can with filling/playing, even if it's just idleing for a while.
We want you guys to take the initiative on filling servers, it's not a job for just a few people or Leadership to do. I have a pretty stable/routine schedule, and if I get home and have to fill dustbowl at 6 pm, that's no good. That was what it was like months ago, not right now. The server ranks most certainly allow them to fill if you get a good number of people in there.
So:
I firmly believe that Turbine can get filled at 2 PM Central then dustbowl after by 3 PM central. That's for now, obviously we want to move them both up as time goes on.
Remember proper filling procedures. Invite people, play on the server as pubs come on to keep them interested, if any leadership is around ask them to do a steam group announcement. Once a server is filled, slowly filter over to the next one, don't all leave at once.
Get in teamspeak! It makes it much easier to coordinate with your fellow members, plus it's fun to hang out in there. No one there? Be the first! Invite people to hop in there with you, if people join then leave if there is no one there, doesn't help us out much.
Be mindful of how you are playing, make sure it doesn't get too overwhelming for some people.
