Far harbor "unique" weapon's glitch?

I'm not complaining about this issue, but I literally had 7 "unique" modifided weapons or armor within the first 30 minutes of playing Far Harbor on PS4. I'm not talking about weapons or armor that have only one model in the game (like the Redeemer). I'm talking I had 7 decent - to - awesome tier special weapons or armor in 30 minutes. I'm level 52, and playing on Easy (I suck at gaming, so sue me) going into Far Harbor.

Has anyone else been running into the legendary enemies at this frequency? Do you think this is because of the harder enemies?
