Recently for the past couple of months I have episodes that last for a significant amount of time (30+ minutes) where my ping on the scoreboard in DOD:S or CS:GO shows 35-50 but my net_graph ping shows 200-300. The ping rapidly fluctuates between 50 and 300 and I experience severe lag, cannot even hear people talk on the mic. I view my network monitor and it shows almost no activity. Of course I have experienced lag and a high ping when steam is updating a game or I am downloading something, my ping on the scoreboard spikes big time, but this is completely different, my ping on the scoreboard doesn't change, only in net_graph 3, and nothing is showing out of the ordinary on the network resource monitor. Any ideas?
