Today we remember those that did not make home from their service, they gave the ultimate sacrifice.
To the 2nd Batt 8th Marines who made sure my birthing was not my last, thank you and a toast I raise to you.
To the 3rd Batt 5th Marines who made sure I came home, thank you and a toast I raise to you as well
Swift and silent we will always be,they taught us how to go to hell, we taught ourselves how to get out, may your lights always shine upon me, for your memories will never fade from me.
I ask all to honor them and all who have fallen in battle for they paid a price the living do not know.
