Tech Help What's wrong with my graphics?

So, today I decided to hop into CS:S to play a bit on the de_dust2 server. I began noticing that the textures didn't look right, and sure enough, they didn't. Some of the tan sand would appear gold, and at times, the map would get very dark and I couldn't see anything. Could it be just something with the game, or is it my hardware?

I'm currently running a SAPPHIRE R9 390 that I just bought about 3 months ago. It's been working fine until now.

I would verify the game cache as a first try for anything. Right click on the game on Steam and right click CSS, hit properties. Select the Local FIles tab, and hit verify game cache. See where that takes you first.

Check if disabling "Color Correction" in the settings of the game fixes this.

Verified game cache and turned off color correction, still nothing. All of the video settings in game are turned all the way up.

I also tried deleting de_dust2 and redownloading it, and that didn't work. I'll reinstall the game tonight/tomorrow, and if that doesn't work, I'm planning to do a hard reset this week because I'm gonna be moving.

If the reinstall doesnt work... Try changing your gamma (brightness) and Shadow details

I need a few questions answered to try and nail this down.

1 Have you changed videocard drivers recently ( this easily could cause that).

2 Does any other games have issues like this?

3 Did you change anything in counterstrike recently moding wise or any other source game *source and amd are picky at times*?

4 Did u try any other source games to see if any of them have this issue?
