I have tried the following
- dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
- sfc /scannow
- New account set to admin/local
- powershell
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
- Restarting Windows search
- A startmenu program to fix it (used off microsoft site)
