Due to recent in game incidents we are setting out some rules for grouping that follow the EGO code of conduct.

1. When inviting people to group make sure they know what the group is for and any special rules of the group.

2. When you create a group , you are the group leader . If somebody is in your group that is not following the group guidelines , ask them to follow those guidelines. If at that point they still do not follow the group guidelines ,remove them from the group in a polite manner. If the player continues to be disruptive in teamspeak after being removed from a group ,get leadership involved Duce397 .

3. There will be no kicking people from the group to kill a player or leaving a group to kill a player who you think has done you wrong. If they took your loot ,money or whatever, resolve the issue in a mature manner or get leadership involved. Duce397 or will be glad to assist you in solving any problem .
People who are not in your group anymore, including eGO members who are in the dark zone instance you are in are fair game.People who left your group and you run in to them later in the dark zone are also fair game, eGO member or otherwise .The dark zone is an open pvp area and people will just have to understand that pvp happens.

4. It is not required of any e ,eG or eGO member to power level or help you in any manner, including giving you looted items when it comes to the game. While many of us will drop what we are doing to help people there are some in the game that will not. Please respect people's play time and their decision to help or not help you.

Please remember you represent EGO ,your actions in game and teamspeak affect your standing in our great gaming community and reflect on potential recruits in game or teamspeak and may sway them one way or another to or from membership. Please sign this post with a read and understood!

Clarification on rule 3 is needed.

1. Does it apply to only ego members?

2. In what scenarios is this rule not applicble. There are times u join a pub group for example to change servers then drop it to pvp or u get annoying members and kick them from the group to continue pvp ( Not to jack items after rolling with them thats different)

The reason i ask this is this is suppose to be a DTA type game obviously within certain reason but the vagueness of this can be taken several ways which if its intended that way will turn people off.

1. NO it applies to everyone , remember that anyone could be a potential eGO member

2. Its pretty clear , if grouped with somebody dont kick them or drop the group to take your revenge for lost loot or money. If people left your group in good standing and you run in to later then they are fair game once no longer in your group. This rule is in place to keep people's anger in check and keep incidents to a minimum .

This is far too reasonable of a policy.

Until something much more vague that allows infighting comes along, I shall follow this thought out common sense policy.
