I was going to do something like this anyways, but Lion did it first, so I figured I might as well do it now.
I was a regular on the Dustbowl server for a few months before I joined a week ago, I think I went under the alias Enigma, or perhaps it was Jazzy (with the 'a'), I'm not really sure. Funnily enough, I found your servers from someone talking crap about how strict the servers were; I asked the person for the IP so I could check the servers out and see how bad they were.
That person, I don't remember his name, but he was dead wrong. I loved the community, even though I wasn't even a member yet. The people were so nice. It was like I was gaming in Canada! :laugh:
None of the cursing and overall bullcrap you deal with in other communities and on Valve servers. So, the other day, I joined officially, finally sticking with my current username, and it was the best decision of my TF2 career (aside from playing season 17 steel HL lmao)!
You all are great. It's so fun to play with you guys, where there's actual teamwork. I've already started to bond with you guys and make my own inside jokes (example: Peke and our determination to destroy "senry" guns) with you guys, and overall it's the best TF2 experience I've ever had. The events are sweet, the people are downright freaking awesome (JEED), and it's just a great time playing on your servers.
Thank you all so much for restoring my faith in TF2! Godspeed, all of you.
