I feel like you pretty much summed up a lot of what you need for recording. I myself used to do YouTube videos but for solely one game. In my opinion I think your channel is doing fine as of right now.
As time goes you'll get more viewers and subscribers, but always remember to do what you want to do, play what you want to play. If you want to focus on one game, then focus on that one game, if not then continue playing others. If you stick with one game please remember that your fans will be expecting only that content of which you are branded with.
Make sure you have all your social media outlets in order. If you don't want people to know exactly where you are make sure you keep up-to-date with privacy settings and such. Also as you may already know, beware of what you say. If you say something really bad and it gets negative publicity, it will spread and it will be what you're known for.
Create a consistent upload schedule. Plan when you are going to record and when you are going to upload. Please keep in mind for time compensation for editing videos, thumb nails, tags etc. Your fans will be expecting videos at a certain time every day or what ever your schedule may be!
Other than that, I think you're pretty set and stone to start! Good luck on your adventure into the YouTube community as you are now an artist with your content!
