I have a FX5200 AGP card and m computer runs only AGp. I want something under 100$ or 100$ that will allow me to run COD4, ASSASSINS creed, and Bio shock. I believe the only way tis is possible is by upgrading your Motherboard. Well i have a PCI-e laying around so theres a price cut so yeah if anyone can help please do.

Is it an AXP Barton-core..? Those are beasts... (I should know, hehe)
Keep an eye out, and you can find a decent deal on a 2600XT or 1650P, around $30-50. That AXP can manage well enough for another year or two, unless you do heavy multitasking.

U obviously dont spend much time on ventrillo. If you come close to thinging my AMD athlon is a beast...why dont we havea look at my other computers specs.

I was in the same boat you are, I managed to pick up an Nvidia 7800GS, AGP, for around $110, but that's been several months ago. I can play Bioshock with no problems, and was even able to successfully play the Crysis demo.
