Bad Company 2 Dedicated Supporter not working

I get balanced, just happened.
And sit in the Que like before.

Full server, with 3 guys waiting, I ride every tick into the server.

Happens every time there is a long line. I am not sure, but I doubt I am in line with dedicated supporters every time there is a long line.
From what I understand, if there is a line Dedicated Supporters get first in.

Hello Kortoga,

First make sure you log into the website and keep it active. If you dont log in your maul will not be active to read on the server. I have checked your maul and that seems right. When you join it should add your name to the reserved list and put you ahead of the que. This is only if there is a que. If there are empty slots then it puts you in the order of empty slots. What days are you on so i can get with you to see what it does when you log into the server? Sometimes the name is case sensitive for DS so we have to make sure it is correct.
