I was in New Orleans helping out the people who needed help. Well, the band member in my school helped out too, but we did a work amount of 2 months from the government to only a couple of hours. (8 houses) We were helping out a church that was to help the relieve project. The jobs were:
Tree remove, (Getting rid of dead trees/trees that fell)
House Gutting, (tearing out the house inside to put fresher ones)
Painting, (to get rid of that underwater rusty look)
Trash clean up, (changed to drywall removal)
and Cleaning (scrubbing away the water stains)

We also raised money and instruments that was worth $21,000. We also gave them a taste of buffalo with 5 pounds of sponge candy.
And in their gratitude they gave us shirt to to remember what we did to them, and that said thanks. And gave us pins to remember the day that we came to help them. (April 8th to April 13th)

Don't worry i'll be making a video(s) to show the trip in my 1st person view

That's awesome Edge. It's amazing to think that almost 3 years after Katrina, we still have groups of volunteers down here every week. It's more amazing to realize just how much work still needs to be done. I'm sure I speak for everyone along the Mississippi Coast and New Orleans in saying thank you so much for not forgetting about us. :)

how nice man, well we are glad you are back and you are a really nice person for that :)

The world could use a few more people like you. Glad to hear that you are helping out those who truly need it! See you in the servers and welcome back :D
