Battlefield 4 Fog_Enabler Kick/Ban

I'm new to the forum and I don't know if there's a designated appeal thread, so move or delete of course.

On 6/20/16 around 19:00, I was kicked from the Op Metro Server for "inappropriat emblem". My platoon emblem is a cartoon phallus wearing a scarf, imo, very funny. Why would a penis need a scarf? Maybe because it is circumcised? Anyways, the rules clearly do not mention anything about emblems being inappropriate, and the game is 18+ with a sole purpose of murdering other human beings for fun. If the server is worried about offending the sensibilities of players perhaps they should ban the murdering first?

tl;dr, am I banned or temp banned? I can't rejoin as of now. Maybe if there are rules they can be clearly mentioned in !rules?

I put my pride and morals aside and changed my emblem. I appear to be banned after two kicks, is there any hope of returning?
