Im taking my family to Gatlinburg tenn. here in a few days -we love that place! We always stay in a remote cabin - fishing, hiking and just general relaxation! plus a lot of beer drinking - its the only place I can drink as much as I want and the wife doesn't b@#&%

Puerto Rico is nice from nov til March, and not sto expensive to fly to.

Perth,Western Australia , I live there and am on holiday 12 month every year!
We have every thing you might want sea, sun, beaches, pubs clubs, gambling and good hotel's, fishing and diving. This is not an advert but just how I feel. :thumbup::thumbup:

The loch's and highlands of Scotland are ideal for camping excursions. Though, I have to say the entire east-coast of Scotland is just wonderful. Get yourself on the East-Coast Mainline (Train route) from Aberdeen to London Kings Cross, and you'll be able to take in both Scottish and English countryside and coast!

For me I would have to say Massasauga Provincial Park, Ontario. We go at least once a year. ***Edit, now that I have posted this.... I realize that it is a very cliche Canadian place to pick.

We have a cabin right on the Tennessee/Kentucky state line on Kentucky lake. We are going back there this year, next Saturday actually. Kids love it, beach, pontoon boat, hiking all sorts of fun.

If it's a kids free vacation, I would say Vegas is the place I like to go.

Telluride, CO. My whole life we have gone every summer up to Trout Lake, for camping fishing, etc... great times, beautiful countryside up there. In the evenings, the adults drive ten minutes into town to have draft beer and some games of pool. The view from up there is unmatched, IMO

You would really like Lake Louise, Alberta then. Very similar backdrop.

By far my favorite place was la ticla in michoacan mexico. It got a bit sketchy with all the drugs & cartels the last couple times I went there so I decided to move on. Bathsheba barbados is now one of my favorite places to go. People are incredibly nice along with decent surf

My absolute favorite vacation spot to travel to is Culebra, Puerto Rico. My grandfather was born in PR, and half of my entire family is either PR or Mexican, the other half being full on German. So if you can imagine a 6'2 German body with some Puerto Rican features(and attitude/temper), that's me.

Other than that, I spend most of my "vacation" time at our cabin on the Susquehanna River. It is located right beside the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant that is famous for the semi meltdown in '79. I'm only 30, so I've only got word of mouth accounts of that event. Pennsylvania is really a beautiful place, I enjoy hiking parts of the Appalachian Trail. I'm able to be in NYC/Philly/Pittsburgh/DC/Baltimore/Jersey or Maryland beaches in under 4 hours.

I have visited quite a few states, but the furthest west I've been is Missouri and Minnesota. Just recently I was able to visit Nashville while visiting a friend that moved to Huntsville, AL. As someone who does not really care for country music, Nashville was amazing and we had a great time there.

I'm getting married on October 1st and we are heading to Ireland for our honeymoon. I'm really excited about this trip because I've never been out of North America(I've been to Canada a few times and have enjoyed each trip). We are going to be in Ireland for 14 days, and I will be driving us around the coast. This is one of both our dreams to travel to Ireland, and I can't wait to experience a new country and people. I'm just hoping they drink as much as I'm lead to believe...

I'm a big fan of cruise-style vacations.

I recently went on a caribbean cruise and was able to see 4 islands in the span of 10 days.

The all inclusive food and drink didn't hurt either.

Snorkeling in Hawaii, preferably at Molikini Crater, Maui.

For me? Far and away its Thailand. Its incredible. Snorkeling, looking at Wat (temples), to the people there... its a no brainer for me!
