I filled out the admin forum and i joined MAUL, after this post is there anything else i have to fill out. I filed this out because i have a great love for the TTT server and i think there needs to be more active admins

I think you applied to be a member, overtime you can earn admin by being active on our servers. Being active on the forums, teamspeak, and in events will help with you earning admin as well.

you can't just apply for admin there is no admin forum, the thing you probably filled out was an application to join ego.
