Battlefield Division DS and BF Team Switching

Someone in game was complaining about getting team switched in BF4 and I let him know he could get DS and not have that happen. He said someone told him you have to be EGO to get Dedicated Supporter. That isn't true! I hope everyone understands that.

I don't think it was one of our members who said that. And our ingame message doesn't say you have to be eGO.

We always do what we can to reinforce what Dedicated Supporter is and what perks you receive from it.

Will keep an eye out for anyone asking and make sure they receive the correct information but as Skyjacker said, and I agree, most (if not all members) know of this

Who was complaining? I could not find anyone in the the past 2 days complaining about dedicated support issue or even admins giving the wrong information. If we know who we can help that player and help the admin. Otherwise like the rest said all members should know by now that dedicated supporters can be anyone even non-members. Also like Alex said our server messages do not say anything about having to be a member. They state simply to become a dedicated support and that you can cut the queue

Yep, I've seen at least three non eGO DS come on the Seige Server in the past month.

Like I said, someone in game told me he heard it was for EGO members only. I'm glad we're all on the same page.

Well if you are going to become a dedicated supporter you might as well be part of EdgeGamers's awesome community! I think most people just assume you have to be a member.
