Good news and bad news

Lets start with the bad news. My laptop is done, the fan got jammed up and fried my mother board and all that so its a complete disaster. Which leads me into the good news. Next weekend im getting a laptop from my coworker that hes gonna let me do payments with him which for the most part is a better laptop. Has an i7 processor and the nvidia geforce gt 630m graphics card, better resoultion and a 1TB HDD with a 6GB (i believe) express cache which could help csgo and stuff like that boot faster. i should be gaming again by the middle of next week. Im so happy im not gonna be gone for an extended amount of time like the previous times before. You might see me on steam today or tomorrow, im supposed to be going to a gaming lounge to play some games with a friend so i can get my gaming fix taking care of for a little bit. Ill see you guys back on TS and stuff next week. Take care

i saw a benchmark for that graphics card and it could yes, not super well but considering crysis was "the benchmark" at the time of this laptops release id say it was pretty damn good at the time. the laptop itself is about 4 years old but my friend has used it minimally for 2 years so its still in great shape. seems like it has some really impressive hardware too especially for its time. when it released it went for around $1,000 or so and one that similar to the one im getting, almost identical is going on newegg for $1,300. at least from what at the info im looking at:

either way its better laptop overall than the one i had so im happy and ive already looked up how it runs CSGO, and it runs it better

Sweet deal! But that laptop with the 640m for $1300... my, have times changed. I bought my brand new MSI GE72 with a 960m a couple months ago for $1,000 shipped. I believe you can pick up 970m laptops for $1200-$1300. My MSI GS60 3k edition was $1500 and that was two years ago.
