Tech Help FPS drop i think?

So for some reason when I play csgo my game just started having a FPS drop randomly and i don't know how to solve it. To be honest i don't even know if its FPS drop it. I would greatly appreciate any help i could get.

You can run any number of overlay programs to check your frames per second. My general preference is Shadowplay since it enables me to make a quick replay when needed but also gives me my FPS.

A quick search revealed that Valve has added a method to have a FPS counter using the Steam Overlay
