So in the Previous thread created by AngelsKing a poll asking if a competitive team should be considered for Overwatch. The poll resulted with a 86.36% of "yes" votes out of a total of 22 voters. This show how a big majority of Overwatch players this community do in fact want to start up a competitive team/teams.
Due to there being 19 members who are interested in playing in a competitive team, as suggested in the previous thread, it may be a good idea to have multiple teams. I wouldn't want to progress thing too fast, however, once teams have been established, i think would be important to allocate a team leader/captain to each team. This leader will have to have a good understanding of the game and any possible starts that will be played by the team during the games (after all, it is competitive).
A very well recognised competitive and tournament hosting platform called FACEIT have just introduced Overwatch to its platform where it will be hosting competitive games and tournaments with structured brackets and prizes. Once a team has been made on the platform, the leader/captain of the team will then join the team into a tournament, where game times and other information with then be given out about the tournament.
