I'm seeing quite a few dedicated supporters in game and on our site here. Is the program doing well? Are there any positives that are directly affecting our division or is it generalized to the community?

I love it man, I mean I skip any que on our servers, then once in game I am never balanced. Way I see it it helps get me onto the server faster so I get to play/admin, and it cuts the worry out of fighting all round to win and end up switched to get a lose.
Now for the community it is bringing possible members,but also showing our regular players that wish to not be members, that we care about them too but feelings do not fuel the machine and they know this so it is a win win for us and them.

Yeah, like Beemer said I have heard a lot of chatter about DS by non members and they are talking about if they are going to be paying anyway maybe ought to think about joining. So I think it is starting to reap some dividends for us.

Since I put out the tutorial/explanation video I have noticed more DS members across the forums, some of which have come in from our servers and joined eGO.
The program is a huge success and those who join it state how much they enjoy it and how fast they can get into our servers.
So far I have personally had no issues and heard none from other DS members. Of course of there are any issues that arise i'll either DropBox it.

Works out great, I just get sad when my friends get auto-balanced

I had been wanting to be a dedicated support for a while, but never did so, but recently I had been being auto balanced so much at the worst times, I just said screw it I am here to support eGO and it's so worth it! Dedicated supporter is awesome, especially because some of the perks, for both Battlefield and Minecraft are worth it,

I love it. Skipping the queue is so nice especially when an admin is needed. Now if it could only balance me to the winning team each time
