Tip for higher ranked players

Whenever I play ranked solo, my team always seems to be lower ranked than the enemy team. I'm talking where we're all mid-60's and they're all 70+. If you have a similar problem, here's something that helped me. I started queuing with a friend who is mid-40's. You opponents will average low to mid 50's, and if the friend you're queuing with is somewhat competent, you should be able to carry the game.

At least this way the rank average will be much closer, so your win rate should definitely increase. If you're 60+ and don't have this problem, please tell me your secret!

Matchmaking with a group in overwatch is really bad right now. It's usually better to solo queue. rank 68 rn and whenever i go in a group its alot harder to win for me.

I'm of the opinion Blizzard had given up on this season and written it off. I suspect season 2 will be much better with a better rule set than the disaster that has been season 1.

That's actually not far off from what they've stated. This season ends this month (the 17th in fact) and they've gone on record that they're working on fixes for various things for the next season which starts September 6th.
