Tech Help Powermat Charger

There is something new at Starbucks called the Powermat. I think that it has been out for quite a while. I was wondering if anyone knew if the Powermat Ring will work the the Samsung Wireless charger pad. If it does then that is great and I won't have to upgrade phones.

I know that there is other tech out there that can be used to make my Note 4 wireless charge but this was the next best thing and cheaper than upgrading phones that have the ability already.

have to have at least a S6 for it to work, as that's the first time Samsung put both Qi and PMA into a device.

oh ok thanks for the info I thought that I would be able to use the power ring to charge my phone with the samsung wireless charger pad but I guess that is not the case.

I will just wait for the Note 7 to come out and not worry about that ring changer that I got from Starbucks. The Note 7 won't come out for a few months so I can use the ring charger at Starbucks until the phone comes out.
