How does one go about creating a Rainbow Six Siege Division?

Divisions dont really just come to life too easily. Generally if a large amount of the community starts playing a game, and backing it, then leadership starts considering a division.You need a strong dedicated player base, and the ability to recruit and expand. Can you do events in this game? Are there plugins? Most of the time its preferred that the game have dedicated servers.

Myself and 3 others that I know of play the game and we were talking about having a team speak channel for the game. We use 24/7 metro channel in the evening to chat and play the game. It's a fun game and better when playing with other eGO community members. If others have the game and interested in playing swing by that channel in team speak
