So I was on TeamSpeak b4 and noticed that it doesn't have the ={e}= in front of my name. why is that?

Yea I linked my TeamSpeak Id with Maul

Try to reconnect to teamspeak. If it still doesn't work, contact a Community Manager to clear your MAUL.
