Honest Game Trailers Tears No Man?s Sky To Shreds
August 24, 2016

No Man?s Sky received tons of hype after being shown at E3. Bad news for the developers, recently it has received its share of bad press and player comments. The games playability and stability have contributed to its plummeting active player base. Peaking at over 200,000 active players on release in the most recent days the game is lucky if it cracks 50,000 players. Obviously not headed in the direction most expected, this honest game trailer by the Smosh Games network sums up the thoughts of those who may be regretting their early buy into the game.

Ouch, so no multi-player action, just one on one with yourself.
Looks like the investors didn't want to hear about another delay, and forced it to market.
Graphix look cool...but the game play looks really lame too.

Starting out like that is like a turd in the punch bowl, even if it is in a sealed plastic bag and removed from the bowl, no one at the party is gonna drink from that bowl again.

Well, back to BF...

This seems to be a growing trend with most games . Quickly put out a p.o.s. ,reap profits and if your lucky they make it playable/enjoyable six moths later.

Well, when it comes to tearing things games to shreds, the best in the business is BrowbCat:

Actually, I liked it. It certainly feels... unfinished? But talk about a platform to build on. I do believe this will be much bigger in the near future. Looks like some are already attempting mods. Definitely innovative. For such a small indy team it is quite impressive. I wish that fella would have been a bit more straight forward and honest. He marred the release unfortunately.

After seeing the player base drop by 90% after less than two weeks, as well as hearing about a lot of PC bugs, I don't think I could justify the price tag attached to this game. Maybe if it came up on a Steam sale... Otherwise, I don't plan to try or buy it
